Too late to blog about something

When is it too late to blog about something? Because two weeks ago someone stole the troop support magnets from off my car. 1st, my mom put those on my car which makes it much worse to steal them. 2nd, the purp who stole them did it while I was in church, and my car was parked in a church parking lot. How low is that? And I was only at church for an hour.

I also beat Fable, it was a pretty good ending, but I've concluded that I play that game too much when I have it. I even played it after I beat it and there is nothing left to do in the game. Although the ending makes it seem like you are "the man" for the whole world cause you just saved the world, but everyone treats you the same. Someone even called me yellow, and so they died.

Also, to continue my review of Open Water, I watched the end and it was disturbing, not so much scary, but good, the more I think about it, the more I like it. It was one of those where the ending was unexpected and at first I didn't like it, cause it caught me off guard, but reflecting later on it I realized that it was a perfect ending, one that leaves you wondering still.

If anybody has information about the best RTS since Starcraft Please let me know.

You think YOU had ME!

Unbeknownst to those who could never seem to stay up all night on Christmas eve (Reimbursor?) the presence of morning breath does not mean that you in fact slept at night. It usually happens about 4 AM whether you are asleep or awake, except that it is worse if you are awake, because you can feel it coming on and tasting oh so tasty, like an old MacDonald's Hamburger, not Cheeseburger.

So, I have watched half of Open Water, and so far it is pretty good. I don't know how they did some of the shoots, because I heard there were no CG creatures used in the filming, and those sharks were really close and big.

Also I've realized that it is not so much the scary movie that scares me, but it is the thinking about the scary movie after I've seen it. In particular it is the thinking about the scary movie a 4 AM (about morning breath time) and imagining Samara coming out the tv at my work or being behind a door I'm checking. Or softly humming the Resident Evil music while I make a snack all by myself when I'm getting sleepy. Despite these things I have decided that above all other movies at this time I want to see Constantine, possibly because it could be so horrifically bad, or this might be a reflection of the poor selection of movies currently at the theatre. Possibly I feel some pressure to "like" or "want to see" at least some movie out, else I could be labeled as one who does not like movies.

In conclusion, if you work at night, or get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, or to comfort a kiddie, remember the aliens, zombies, little girls with black hair, and people whose eyes can turn white on demand, but above all else remember your ten demon bag.

Valentine's Bleep!

I went swimming this morning and it was so great. I am so much more bouyant than I was when I wasn't so fat. I am also so weak, that I could only do 1000 yards in about 45 minutes. I am ashamed of myself. Oh well, it still felt good.

It has been snowing all day again, and I am so tired, but I got called into work early and now I don't get to sleep until morning.

On the flip-side, my ever so cool wife rented Open Water for me for Valentine's. It was quite the surprise. I haven't watched it, but I can't wait. It might be awful, but its got to be better than Stargate SG-1.

A Pox on Corporate America

I recently read a blog that eloquently spelled out my feelings about McMerica. All I have to say about it is that sometimes I think we would all be better off if we had to farm our own food, but I guess there are always side-effects of progress.

On the otherside, it is hard to boycott all corporate commercialism, I mean I like my Xbox, and my car. But I don't like Chili's or Olive Garden, if that makes a difference.

Also, I haven't had time to blog lately, it seems like there is always someone named "Big Brother" looking over my shoulder.

This question is for everyone: Why was the pet duck in the movie Journey to the Center of the Earth more important than the main characters and more funny?

A Tribute to Fable

Alas, my time spent with Fable is over, I had to return it tonight. In honor of our time together here are a few highlights of the life of my hero : Ranger. His major accomplishment was to sneak into a house at night and kill the occupants as they woke from their peaceful slumber, shortly after the killing Ranger acquired the house and rented it to other people who looked suspiciously similiar to those he had killed. Also, he got married, a couple of times, and "relaxed in the bed" a couple of times. He wiped out half of the village he was born in because its occupants would not allow him to steal a shirt. He also almost beat the game, but I guess we'll have to rent it again to find out what happens next.
And he did all of this while retaining a clear halo over his white haired head.

So as I said, I had to return it tonight, but I didn't, so I'll probably play some more this morning after work.

Quick

I have been playing Fable, and my life there is more exciting that here.

Also, people at Borders think I'm stand-offish, and mean. I guess I was taught well.

Happy Birthday.
